Brian Hiciano is one of Orlando’s NeuroTherapy Assistants. He is responsible for performing diagnostic testing and administering treatments to patients. Throughout his time at PlasticityⓇ Centers, he has become knowledgeable in Functional Neurology and enjoys working with patients of all age ranges and conditions.
Brian has a soft spot for children and enjoys seeing them improve throughout their treatment. One patient that always brings a smile to his face is a 4-year old boy diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. At the beginning of the week he was shy and reserved, but as the week went on, he and Brian formed a Bond. He would take Brian’s ID badge and act as if he were a part of the PlasticityⓇ team himself. Seeing his joy and enthusiasm is what fuels Brian to give his all to every patient in hopes to make their experience that much better.
Since graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo in 2017, and before joining PlasticityⓇ, Brian worked as a Physical Therapy Aide assisting patients in their journey to recovery. He carries over that experience to his role at PlasticityⓇ in guiding and coaching patients throughout their neurological rehabilitation.
Brian is originally from Rockland County, New York, just outside of New York City. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a coach for a local little league baseball team. He has always been a big baseball fan, but an even bigger Yankees fan!
