Diamond Williams

Atlanta Patient Coordinator

Diamond Williams is Atlanta’s patient coordinator. Diamond is the newest member of the Plasticity Atlanta family. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations in the office — scheduling, checking on patients, developing new patient relationships, and even maintaining the doctors' daily schedule. She has a background in medicine, and is so excited to join the neurology realm. She is thrilled to be a part of a great team.

Favorite Patient Memory

Since joining Plasticity Atlanta family, Diamond has developed a passion to help patients in their new journey towards a better quality of life. One of her favorites memories was a lady from Pennsylvania that contacted Diamond seeking help. She had suffered multiple concussions and was desperate for assistance to alleviate her symptoms. Diamond heard the sadness and desperation in her voice and expedited her consultation with our doctors. The patient was welcomed with open arms to the warm and friendly environment at our office. After completing her week-long intensive treatment, she expressed how much progress she had made in such a brief time and how remarkably well she was feeling. Diamond loves the sense of accomplishment she gets from facilitating this type of life changing experience and looks forward to assisting the next patient.

Professional Experience

After completing her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in psychology from the University of West Georgia, Diamond pursued her interest in medical scribing. She began scribing for a local Piedmont Hospital Emergency Room. Diamond gained a great deal of medical knowledge and experience while working under pressure and ensuring the patients' care. She has worked alongside doctors in several settings including hospitals, private practices, pediatric care, and family medicine. Diamond has developed a passion for the healthcare field and feels rewarded to see the patients improve their health.
