Dr. Nathaniel Proce was born and raised in Knoxville, Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Proce is a former member of the NCWA Division 1 wrestling team at Pennsylvania State University where he earned the opportunity to attend the NCWA National Championship tournament, obtaining recognition as an Academic All American. Dr. Proce graduated cum laude with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Dr. Proce is also board eligible for his Diplomate from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. Due to his extensive first-hand experiences, Dr. Proce set out to help athletes like himself enhance their athletic performance as well as aid in their recovery time.
After working with Dr. Mark Charrette and Dr. Michael Chance, two affluent mentors within their practice, Dr. Proce has become proficient in adjusting extremities and understanding how to listen to the patient and the body. During his career, he has worked as a lead clinician at Thompson Healthcare and Sports Medicine a multidisciplinary company throughout the New Jersey Shore specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, complex neurological cases, and sports-related injuries.
His interests revolve around the neurological system by combining neuromuscular rehabilitation and nutritional support. When not attending to his patients, Dr. Proce enjoys traveling, stand-up paddleboarding, scuba diving, white-water rafting, surfing, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
