Dysautonomia

What You Need to Know about Dysautonomia

Dysautonomia is a term for a variety of conditions related to dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The ANS automatically controls primitive functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration rate, sweating, and many other functions that do not require our conscious control. There are varied causes for dysautonomia including auto-immunity reactions, sensory small fiber neuropathy, neuro-degenerative disease and brain injury.

How We Treat Dysautonomia

Our doctors select the ideal stimulation to reprogram failing brain structures. Movement, sound, and visual stimulation drive the brains of children to grow and learn. We use these modalities and more at Plasticity® Centers to stimulate neurons with specifically prescribed activities. This leads to healthy, functional connections in your brain. If you've found us, you know how hard it is to get to the root cause with traditional doctor and specialist appointments - Not at Plasticity® Centers - Don’t lose hope, we can help. We can help restore your quality of life.
